Minnesota Job Skills Partnership (MJSP) announces a grant award of $26,392 to University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Continuing Education in partnership with Peace of Mind, a privately owned health care business. Continuing Education will create a customized, leadership development program that includes building leadership team’s business and risk management knowledge, developing supervisory and performance management skills, preventing and managing stress in a high burnout environment, building cohesion within the leadership team, and promoting the development of a mutual support network within the leadership team. All 70 employees will participate in courses which will include both e-learning and in-person sessions.
